Forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a Japanese practice that promotes wellbeing through mindful walks in nature. Guided by a qualified guide, participants engage in sensory exercises and breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and health. Sessions last 2.5 hours, and offer practical tips for integrating the practice into daily life. £30 per session. Concessions available.
