Nature walk: Dawn Chorus on the Hill

The annual Horsenden dawn chorus walk starts at 4.30am because the early bird catches the worm! We won’t be catching worms today but we’re sure to hear a chorus of birdsong: blue tits, robins, chiff-chaffs, song thrushes and numerous others will be singing their hearts out.
This walk is suitable for beginners and seasoned birders alike. Our guide Martin Smith is a knowledgeable ornithologist and he will help you to identify what you hear.
Meet at the Sensory Garden. We will finish about 6.30am.
Wear appropriate footwear and warm clothing as it can be chilly at that time of the morning. There is a small charge of £5 per person (children 12 and under free).
