Horsenden Wassail

Join us for the traditional Wassail, an ancient English tradition that involves singing, dancing, and making noise to bless orchards for a good harvest.
Gather in the courtyard from 1.30pm for ivy crown making, music and drum workshop and Morris dancing.
2.00pm Join our Wassail King and Queen in the procession, culminating in a ceremony to bless the orchard with cider and toast.
Bring your own instruments, or simply pots and pans, to make a joyful noise!
Seasonal refreshments, including mulled cider, will be available from the Horsenden Loaf and Perivale Brewery.
