Step away from the rush of daily life and immerse yourself in the restorative practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku). This gentle Japanese tradition invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature through calming breathwork, guided sensory experiences, and a deeply relaxing closing practice.
During this 2.5-hour session, you’ll discover simple, practical ways to bring greater calm, clarity, and balance into your everyday life.
£30 per session. Concessions available including 2 for 1 for first timers.
